Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Flights & Hotels: Refunds are subject to the specific airline and hotel policies. Some are non-refundable. Hajj & Umrah Packages: Cancellations after visa issuance may result in partial or no refunds. To Cancel or Reschedule: Please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Refunds Eligibility: Only cancellation made 14 days or more before departure are eligible for refund. Late Cancellation & No-shows: Cancellations made within 7 days of departure, or failure to show up, fees may apply. Service Fees: Service / Processing fees are non-refundable. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 10–30 business days, subject to bank or payment provider timelines.
